About Us

Mohammad Rakib leads the firm with a dedication to excellence, integrity, and client-focused service. He is a Barrister & Solicitor of the Law Society of Ontario and a Barrister-at-Law of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK.

Mohammad’s academic journey reflects a passion for lifelong learning and building global expertise in the legal field. He completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto, one of Canada’s top institutions for advanced legal studies. This was followed by successful completion of the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), which provided rigorous, hands-on training for legal practice in Ontario.

Prior to practicing in Canada, Mohammad completed the Bar Professional Training Course at Cardiff University, UK and was called to the Bar of England and Wales. His legal foundation was established with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, offering an international perspective from the outset.

Mohammad has gained substantial experience working with senior advocates at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, where he assisted in representing government organizations, banks, and a diverse range of clients in complex legal matters. 

Mohammad Rakib is known for his client-centered approach and commitment to clear communication, strategic problem-solving, and delivering results. He invests significant time in understanding each client’s unique background and circumstances, working collaboratively to find the best path forward. His dedication to professionalism, confidentiality, and accessibility ensures that every client receives the highest standard of legal support.
